Engineering Plastics / Plastic Rod - some of which include, White (natural) or Black Acetal (or Wearace), White (natural) or Black Nylon (or Wearlon), Ertalyte Tx (or PETP / PETP-GL), Oilamid (a Self Lubricating Plastic), Peek, Grey Pvc.
Polyurethane - some of which include grades / Duro 90D, 83A, 93A.
Burndy Metal and assorted other cast metal.
Heat Treated / Hardened Tool Steel - We regularly do Hard Turning of Tool Steels after the Heat Treatment process has taken place to ensure correct tolerances are held. (Various Heat treatment processes can cause the material to move/distort slightly thus affecting tolerances. Hard Turning / Hard Machining is a method that can overcome this problem).
